The 'Educational visits' clause outlines the terms and conditions under which students or participants may take part in off-site learning activities organized by an institution. It typically specifies requirements such as parental consent, supervision ratios, safety protocols, and responsibilities for transportation and conduct during the visit. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause ensures that all parties understand their roles and obligations, thereby promoting safety and minimizing liability during educational excursions.
Educational visits. A variety of educational visits will be provided for the Student. By signing the Acceptance Form the Parents consent to the Student taking part in any educational visit. Educational visits which:
5.15.1 cost more than £50;
5.15.2 require overseas travel;
5.15.3 involve an overnight stay;
5.15.4 occur during a weekend or School holiday;
5.15.5 involve some element of high risk or adventure activity, will be subject to a separate agreement. The cost of such a visit will usually be payable in advance. The Student shall be subject to School discipline in all respects whilst engaged in an educational visit. All additional costs (such as medical costs, taxis, airfares, or professional advice) incurred to protect the Student's safety and welfare, or to respond to breaches of discipline, will be added to the Fees invoice. The School reserves the right to prevent the Student from taking part in an educational visit while overdue Fees remain unpaid.
Educational visits. A variety of educational visits will be provided for the pupils. They are in general at additional cost to the Parents, except in the case of primary pupils who are required to pay an advance currently of £70 for the school year. All educational visits will require Parents’ consent and will be subject to a separate agreement with the School.

Educational visits. 4.3.1 In order to support their full participation in the educational experience, students from designated linked schools and colleges will be supported to participate in Educational Visits during their course of study at the Institute. We shall establish a fund to support this activity, to which students can apply for support of up to £250 during each academic year. Educational visits. By signing this Agreement Parents’ consent to the Student taking part in any educational visit that is deemed compulsory. Trip Costs are set at the discretion of the School based on best-value group rates at the time of booking, and include an element for supervision, travel, accommodation, ground arrangements, insurances, and other charges borne by the School to protect the Student's safety and welfare. Payment must be made in advance of the trip upon billing. The School reserves the right to exclude the Student from taking part in an educational visit while overdue fees remain unpaid.

Educational visits. (a) Each professional employee shall be eligible for a day of visitation in another school or school system with pay providing:
1. It can be demonstrated that such a visit is needed to “provide a live demonstration” of a teaching technique(s) that would be of immediate benefit to the pupils being taught by said professional employee.
2. The Building Principal and the professional employee being visited shall have given their consent for such a visit prior to the visit.
3. Request for such visit shall be presented in writing no later than one week prior to the visit.
(b) Reimbursement expenditures for this visit shall be for any required transportation.
(c) The administration reserves the right to deny requests for educational visits if the number of said requests on any given day shall prohibit the effective operation of the school.
