  • Education - Asthma This plan covers asthma education services when the services are prescribed by a physician and performed by a certified asthma educator.

  • EDUCATION ASSISTANTS 1. All Education Assistants employed by the Board to assist teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and duties under the School Act and Regulations shall be assigned to classes and/or students by the Principal and shall be assigned specific duties by the teacher during the designated periods of time.

Office visit copayments differ depending on the type of provider you see.   • Personnel Selection Leave With Pay Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, including the appeal process where applicable, for a position in the Public Service or in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, as defined in the Public Service Labour Relations Act, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Employer considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Office Visit Copayments In each year of the Agreement, the level of the office visit copayment applicable to an employee and dependents is based upon whether the employee has completed the on-line Health Assessment during open enrollment and has agreed to opt-in for health coaching.
