Special Conditions - Area Practice. This portion of the Addendum will outline the conditions of employment and working practices confined to the territorial jurisdiction of the Local Union signatory to this Addendum. PARAGRAPH (a) Zone 1 - Will comprise of that area outlined in Paragraph (b). A forty (40) kilometer radius from a center point in any town, city or project.
