Special Accommodation. The CSB or Hearing Administrator may accommodate persons with concerns for the personal safety, well-being, and/or fears of confrontation during the hearing by providing separate facilities or physical dividers, and/or by permitting participation by telephone, videophone/conferencing, videotape, audio tape, written statement, or other viable means as determined by the Assistant Director of Student Conduct to be appropriate.
