Common use of SOW Integration Clause in Contracts

SOW Integration. Each SOW is part of this Agreement, and the Agreement terms and conditions will apply to each SOW. If a SOW contains provisions inconsistent with this Agreement, the SOW provisions shall prevail with respect to that SOW.
