Southern Division. Key components of this training included the goals and methods of collection, quality control, safety and biohaz- ards, Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval, and legal and ethical considerations. Facility in order to provide documentation of tumor characteristics (e.g., grade and stage) and non-identifying personal information (e.g., age or gender) while protecting patient confidentiality. This system allows for the retrieval of a significant amount of pre- diagnostic and post-surgical information. The Christiana Care Health System data collec- tion system was subsequently converted to the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Cancer Bioinformatics Grid (caBIG®) tissue program (caTissue) in January 2009. To date more than 3,000 tissue specimens have been collected. In addition to the pathological samples, blood collection on patients also is performed. This program has enabled the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Cancer Center to participate in the Cancer Genome Atlas Project through its membership in the NCI Community Cancer Centers Programs (NCCCP).

The breakage of lamps, bulbs and neon glass are excluded from the coverage of this warranty. This warranty does not cover the following conditions: damage or defects caused by the failure to provide a suitable and responsible installation environment for the product; damage caused by impact from other objects, vandalism, damage or loss from acts of nature, misuse, abuse, mishandling, misapplication or faulty wiring by the installer; damages or defects caused by disturbances or surges in electrical service or improper line voltage under load; unauthorized attachments, alterations or modifications; or improper maintenance or normal wear and tear. WWSS shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, which results from the use or the inability to use our product. Components such as ballasts, transformers, flexible faces, paint and vinyl carry separate manufacturer’s warranties, which will be passed on to the buyer. Copies of those warranties are available upon request. Ballasts and transformers should be exchanged under warranty at a local electrical sign supply distributor. Neon tubing carries a maximum warranty of Thirty-Five ($35.00 USD) per unit for 90 days from ship date.

Southern Division. It is understood that the Aladdin Licensing Agreements and the BNY Security and Subordination Agreements will become effective only in the event the Aladdin Purchase and Sale Agreement is closed and the Aladdin Transactions are consummated. In such event, it is agreed that the Trustee shall enter into the BNY Intercreditor and Subordination Agreement, and the Trustee is hereby directed to do so at such time as the Trustee receives written direction from the Company signed by two (2) Officers and an Opinion of Counsel, both the written direction and the Opinion of Counsel in form and substance as provided in Section 12.4 of this Indenture. In furtherance of the foregoing, the security interest of BNY in the BNY Collateral shall then be deemed for all purposes to have a priority senior to the security interest in the BNY Collateral of the Trustee, the Collateral Agent and the Holders hereunder. In consideration for such subordination, the Company will, concurrently therewith, enter into the Aladdin Licensing Fees Security Agreement, whereby it shall pledge, as additional Collateral hereunder, the Aladdin Licensing Fees. It is understood and agreed that all actions to be taken by the Company, the Trustee and the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Section 10.8, including, without limitation, the execution and delivery of the BNY Intercreditor and Subordination Agreement and the Aladdin Licensing Fees Security Agreement, shall not require the consent or approval of the Holders.

All swimming strokes are swum over varying distances dependant upon the age group. The competition is held in 25 metre and 33 metre pools and event distances are adjusted accordingly at each meet. A points system is awarded to swimmers for each event. 7.6.5.4.3.2. Points awarded per club are 14.12.10.8.6.4.

All swimming strokes are swum over varying distances dependant upon the age group. The competition is held in 25 metre and 33 metre pools and event distances are adjusted accordingly at each meet. A points system is awarded to swimmers for each event. 7.6.5.4.3.2. Points awarded per club are 14.12.10.8.6.4. Each club is allocated a lane and one swimmer is chosen from each club to compete in an individual event. Age shall be taken as at October 1 preceding the season of competition. AGE EVENTS. Swimmers may compete in their own age group and/or an older age group, but are limited to competing in only two individual age events (Note one additional individual swim is allowable - refer to events 1 - 4). A swimmer cannot swim in an age group below their own age group. Girls are permitted to swim in boys events, but boys cannot swim in girls events.

(b) WESTERN LONDON shall bear all expenses, and shall furnish all necessary services, facilities and personnel, in connection with its responsibilities under this Agreement. Other than as herein specifically indicated, WESTERN LONDON shall not be responsible for the Fund’s expenses, including, without limitation, advisory fees; distribution fees; interest; taxes; governmental fees; voluntary assessments and other expenses incurred in connection with membership in investment company organizations; organization costs of the Fund; the cost (including brokerage commissions, transaction fees or charges, if any) in connection with the purchase or sale of the Fund’s securities and other investments and any losses in connection therewith; fees and expenses of custodians, transfer agents, registrars, independent pricing vendors or other agents; legal expenses; loan commitment fees; expenses relating to share certificates; expenses relating to the issuing and redemption or repurchase of the Fund’s shares and servicing shareholder accounts; expenses of registering and qualifying the Fund’s shares for sale under applicable federal and state law; expenses of preparing, setting in print, printing and distributing prospectuses and statements of additional information and any supplements thereto, reports, proxy statements, notices and dividends to the Fund’s shareholders; costs of stationery; website costs; costs of meetings of the Board or any committee thereof, meetings of shareholders and other meetings of the Fund; Board fees; audit fees; travel expenses of officers, members of the Board and employees of the Fund, if any; and the Fund’s pro rata portion of premiums on any fidelity bond and other insurance covering the Fund and its officers, Board members and employees; litigation expenses and any non-recurring or extraordinary expenses as may arise, including, without limitation, those relating to actions, suits or proceedings to which the Fund is a party and the legal obligation which the Fund may have to indemnify the Fund’s Board members and officers with respect thereto.
