Sources of MBS. MBS may be purchased by the Company from any source. MBS purchased from any member of the AMRESCO Group must be purchased in accordance with the Company's policies regarding transactions with members of the AMRESCO Group.

  • Places of Business The location of the Company’s chief place of business is at the address set forth in Section 8.1 hereof. The Company shall not change the location of its chief place of business, chief executive office or any place of business disclosed to the Secured Party or move any of the Pledged Collateral from its current location (other than in the ordinary course of business) without thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the Secured Party in each instance.
