Common use of SOLICITORS Clause in Contracts

SOLICITORS. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or eject any or all solicitors, canvassers, peddlers or any other class of person(s) who conduct themselves in such a manner that is in annoyance to the tenants of the Building and interferes with the Building operation or security.

SOLICITORS. Landlord reserves the right right, but shall not be held obligated, to exclude or eject from the Building any or all solicitors, canvasserscanvassers or peddlers, peddlers or and any other class of person(s) persons and individuals who conduct themselves in such a manner that is as in the judgment of Landlord constitutes an annoyance to the any tenants of the Building or an interference with Landlord's operation of the Building, or who are otherwise undesirable. Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord in preventing soliciting and interferes with peddling in the Building operation or securityBuilding.

SOLICITORS. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or eject from the Property, any or all solicitors, canvassers, canvassers or peddlers or and any other class persons who, in the judgment of person(s) Landlord, are annoying or interfering with any of Tenant's or Landlord's operations or who conduct themselves in such a manner that is in annoyance are otherwise detrimental to the tenants Property and its Tenants. Canvassing, peddling, soliciting and distribution of any written materials on the Building Property are prohibited and interferes with the Building operation or securityeach Tenant shall cooperate to prevent any such activity.
