Solicitation Process and Contents. The AEDC will be primarily responsible for supporting the URA with preparing, issuing, and administering a solicitation for Project (the "Solicitation"). The Solicitation may take the form of a RFP, and will fully describe the Project's objectives and the criteria whereby respondents will be evaluated.
