Common use of Sole Bargaining Agent Clause in Contracts

Sole Bargaining Agent. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent of the Employees and Brokers covered by this Agreement. Designated officers and committee persons of the Union shall be recognized by the Company and shall represent the Union in discussing any and all matters affecting the relationship between the Company and the Employees and Brokers who are covered by this Agreement.

Sole Bargaining Agent. The Company Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent of the Employees and Brokers employees covered by this Agreement. Designated This Agreement shall cover and be binding on all employees of the Employer as described in the certification as issued on October 25, 2007. Properly accredited officers and committee persons committees of the Union shall be recognized by the Company and shall represent the Union Employer in discussing any and all matters affecting the relationship between the Company Employer and the Employees and Brokers employees who are covered members of the Union and are affected by this Agreement.
