Common use of Soils Report Clause in Contracts

Soils Report. An engineer's report prepared and certified by a qualified engineer acceptable to Bank, showing locations and results of all borings, together with recommendations for the design of the foundations of the Buildings and certifying in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Bank the adequacy of the existing soils condition, indicating that the Plans for construction of the Improvements are satisfactory in view of the condition of the soil;
