Common use of SOFTWARE SERVICE Clause in Contracts

SOFTWARE SERVICE. This agreement provides Customer access to and usage of an Internet based software service, to be used on behalf of its clients, and as specified on an order (Service).

SOFTWARE SERVICE. This agreement provides Customer access to and usage of an Internet Internet-based software service, to be used on behalf service through the purchase of its clients, and a subscription as specified on an order (Service).

SOFTWARE SERVICE. Orders may be entered into directly with Criterion or with a Criterion approved reseller.
