SOFTWARE SERVICE. This agreement provides Customer access to and usage of an Internet-based software service through the purchase of a subscription as specified on an order (Service).
SOFTWARE SERVICE. 2.1. The Software Service is a paid service whereby the Customer gets access to some or all of the Software Service features. The Software Service is provided by Pleo Technologies A/S. The Software Service includes the following features (but not limited to): ● Organisation management tools ● Onboarding of Users ● Delegation of Mastercard cards (virtual and/or plastic) to Users ● Overview of purchase activity ● Purchase notifications ● Tools to capture receipts, analytics, categorize expenses and make comments ● Export functionality to accounting software ● Access for External Bookkeeper ● Mileage feature.
SOFTWARE SERVICE. This agreement and the applicable order provide Customer and its Affiliates (defined below) access to and usage of an Internet-based software service, including, without limitation, its features, functions, and user interface, and underlying software, as specified on an order (Service). Professional services (Professional Services) may also be provided by WorkRails if specified under an order.
SOFTWARE SERVICE. This agreement provides Customer access and usage of proprietary Software as a Service as specified on a specific purchase order separately signed between Customer and QualiSystems and any specific limitation or exclusion of use detailed under xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/legal ("Usage Restriction"), which may be changed from time to time by written notification to Customer, and Schedule 1, which all form an integral part of this Agreement, as this all relates to the Licensed Software. QualiSystems will provide the services through the Licensed Software as described in Schedule 1, or through other QualiSystems approved interfaces under the terms below. “
SOFTWARE SERVICE. This agreement provides Partner access to and usage of an Internet based software service as specified on an order (Service). Implementation services (Implementation Services) may also be provided by Liongard if specified under an order.
SOFTWARE SERVICE. The following terms apply only to the Software Service. If PickNik is providing Perpetual Licensed Software under a Software Order, the terms of Section 2.2 apply.
SOFTWARE SERVICE ibi will provide Customer the Software Service and hereby grants Customer a revocable, non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free limited Term right to access and use the Software Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Software Service shall be used on a trial basis for a non-production environment solely for Customer’s testing and evaluation purposes and for no other purpose. The Software Service and any output may be used for evaluation by up to 10 Users. Customer understands that the Software Service is provided as software-as-a-service and is not customized to Customer’s unique requirements. Customer acknowledges that throughout the Term ibi may make regular and sometimes substantial upgrades, changes and improvements to the Software Service in order to enhance the Software Service generally and/or remedy any issues with the Software Service.
SOFTWARE SERVICE. The most recent Software releases, including new feature releases, maintenance releases, and bug fix releases, will be made available to Reseller to download from A10 Networks’ support website.
SOFTWARE SERVICE. Fees for the Software Service are based on a minimum number of bookable resources (e.g., conference rooms, desks, offices, parking spaces, etc., collectively “Resources”), at the per- Resource rates specified in each Order Form. Unless specified otherwise in an Order Form, the minimum Subscription Term for the Software Service is 3 years. Beginning on the effective date of each Order Form (each an “Order Effective Date”) and on each anniversary of the Order Effective Date during the applicable Subscription Term thereafter, U-Visit will invoice you in advance for the minimum annual fees applicable to your use of the Software Service for the forthcoming year.
