Software Releases. So long as the customer has a current Maintenance contract for all licensed network devices, RedSeal will make available via electronic delivery to Licensee Updates and Documentation relating thereto, when ready for commercial release. Unless otherwise agreed, such materials will be made available to the Licensee Technical Contacts via the RedSeal Support Portal
