Minor Releases. Customer agrees to use Hosted Services that are provided through the Current Release or the Current Release “minus one.” If at any time Customer would otherwise be using software based on the Current Release “minus two,” the parties shall work together to determine the most viable release for Customer to implement, which may be the Current Release or the Current Release “minus one.” NAVITAIRE agrees to make available and provide Support Center Support in respect to the Current Release or the Current Release “minus one,” provided, however, that (a) NAVITAIRE reserves the right to require Customer to utilize the then most current Maintenance Release designed for use in conjunction with the Current Release as necessary for NAVITAIRE to meet its obligations under the Agreement or to avoid infringement of a third party intellectual property right and (b) NAVITAIRE shall not be required to provide correction for System Errors in the Current Version “minus one” if the correction for the System Error is being developed in the Current Version unless: (i) the parties mutually agree that such System Error materially compromises Customer’s business and no work around exists to address such System Error or (ii) in the event of an Emergency caused by a System Error for which no work around exists. Further, NAVITAIRE shall not be required to provide Enhancements in the Current Version “minus one”. For purposes of this Section 4.12.1, only Minor Releases designed for use in connection with the Major Release included in the Production Environment shall be taken into account (i.e., Customer shall have no obligation to adopt any Minor Release not designed for use in connection with the Major Release on which the Production Version is then based, if Customer is in compliance with Section 4.12.1).
Minor Releases. You may use the Sample for Recordings on your own personal projects, independent releases, beat tapes, and mix tapes that are not distributed or released via a "Major Label" (i.e., Universal, Sony/BMG, WEA, or their subsidiaries) or "Large Indie Label" (i.e., Alamo, Empire, 300, E1 or comparable label) (each such release, a "Minor Release") at no additional cost outside of the License Fee (including, for the avoidance of doubt, without providing us with publishing splits), provided that any Minor Release that exceeds one million streams on Apple Music, Spotify or YouTube shall be considered a Major Release for purposes of this license and shall be subject to the below terms for Major Releases.
Minor Releases. “Minor Releases” are scheduled releases of modified versions of the Software created to correct defects and/or provide improvements in existing architectural and business features. Relativity may limit Minor Releases to modifying the latest Release of the Software. New Minor Releases are only included as part of the annual fee pricing during the initial three (3) year term of this Agreement (and during any new three (3) year renewal term if the parties enter into a mutually satisfactory formal written amendment for a renewal term, unless such amendment provides otherwise). A Minor Release can be distinguished by having two digits in the release number (e.g. Version 9.1).
Minor Releases. However, technically-improved minor releases serving above all to eliminate errors, may also contain minor program improvements and additional functions. Generally, minor releases do not result in any changes to the user documentation. For the company's own products, the version number for a minor release can be identified by the second block of numbers and is provided with a build number. Minor releases are also called "software updates".

Minor Releases. Sunbird may provide periodic Minor Releases. A Minor Release is a generally available release of the Software that provides Enhancements designated minor by the Sunbird, as well as bug fixes (error corrections). Such a release shall be denoted by a change in the digit to the right of the first decimal point - for example, 3.0 to 3.1.
Minor Releases. The Licensor is under no obligation to inform the Licensee of any Minor Release or other modifications to the Licensed Software, save by generally announcing such Maintenance Release or changes and making them generally available for download on the terms of the GPL License. Where applicable, the terms and conditions of this licence shall apply to any such Minor Releases and/or other modifications to the Licensed Software made available.
Minor Releases. (i) Upon the removal of any Modifications (or any part thereof) pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Lease and the replacement thereof in accordance with Section 7.2 of the Lease, such Modifications so removed shall be automatically (and without the necessity for any further act) released from the Lien of the Security Documents and the replacement Modifications shall automatically become part of the Collateral.
