Software Maintenance. This Agreement does not include any current or future maintenance provisions with Licensor. If the Parties agree to enter into a separate contractual maintenance agreement any current or future maintenance Agreement(s) which is terminated for any reason, shall not affect the continuation of the Agreement and/or the incorporated Software License and/or Lease Agreement(s).
