Software, License and Subscription. i) Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and customized mail room related software utilized by mailing equipment (e.g. tracking software or accounting software) and purchased/leased on either a monthly or annual basis. ii) All software is specifically utilized only for mailing equipment operations. iii) Includes licensing, software maintenance, technical support, and updates. iv) All installations performed by Contractor. v) Updates performed by Contractor or Purchasing Entity.
