Software Licences. 5.1 This clause 5 applies if the Order states that the Customer is purchasing or renting Software. 5.2 ▇▇▇ grants to the Customer, and the Customer accepts, a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the ▇▇▇ Software described in the Order as being purchased or rented (Licensed ▇▇▇ Software) and the Documentation for that Software solely: a for the Customer’s lawful internal business purposes; b by the number of concurrent users specified in the Order; c within the Territory; and d on the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
