Common use of Software Licences Clause in Contracts

Software Licences. 9.1 The Customer shall use all Applications under a non-exclusive, non- transferrable licence, as set out in this Agreement. This licence permits a maximum number of << >> Users to access the Applications at any given time and such access is only permitted through <<Insert description of the means of access, e.g. HTML website, client software etc.>>. 9.2 All Applications provided by the Service Provider are the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise stated and shall be covered by the terms of the licence included in this Agreement. Where Applications are the property of a third party, the relevant licences for those Applications shall be annexed to this Agreement in Schedule 3. 9.3 Where Applications are the property of a third party, the Service Provider warrants that they have all requisite authority to sub-licence such applications to the customer for the purposes of this Agreement and for use under its terms.
