Software Currency. At all times throughout the Term, HP-OMS shall upgrade or replace HP-OMS Software as necessary to satisfy its obligations under this Agreement according to Exhibit C, at no additional cost to Customer; provided, HP-OMS shall utilize at least the second to most (if not the most) updated version of such Software.
