Common use of Software Change Clause in Contracts

Software Change. A nonrecurring charge applies for a software change associated with the remapping of circuit information or other software changes associated with a Premium DSL arrangement. This charge is applied on a per software change basis. This charge also applies when the customer's Premium DSL service is validly assigned, or when the customer's Premium DSL service is suspended and transitioned to a new provider due to nonpayment. In this case, the software change charge applies to the new provider on a per software change basis.
