RATE REGULATIONS. 4.1 CLEC shall pay a Local Service Order Request Charge for each CLEC request for service order activity to establish Access to the Toll Free Calling Database in the SBC-12STATE region.
4.2 The prices at which SBC-13STATE agrees to provide CLEC with Access to the Toll Free Calling Database are contained in the applicable Appendix PRICING and/or the applicable Commissioned ordered tariff where stated.
4.3 CLEC shall pay a nonrecurring charge when a CLEC establishes or changes a signaling point code. The rates and charges for Signaling Point Code(s) are described in the Appendix SS7. This charge also applies to point code information provided by CLECs allowing other telecommunications providers to use the CLEC’s SS7 signaling network.
RATE REGULATIONS. The rate element descriptions and rates and charges included in Section 14 preceding apply to this Virtual Collocation alternative wherein the Collocator maintains and repairs the virtually collocated equipment. Additional rate elements and rates apply to this alternative as provided for below.
RATE REGULATIONS. A. Monthly Rate - A Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) applies for each Verizon Infospeed DSL Solutions arrangement. Monthly rate schedules that are available include month-to-month, one-year term, and under a Five- Year Term and Volume Discount Plan (5N-TVDP) as described in the following.
B. Service Activation - A single Nonrecurring Charge (NRC) applies for the initial service activation associated with each Verizon Infospeed DSL Solutions arrangement ordered.
C. ISP/Content Provider Change - A single NRC applies for activities associated with a change in ISP/Content Provider per each Verizon Infospeed DSL Solutions arrangement changed.
D. Speed Change-Downward - A single NRC applies for activities associated with a downward change in speed from one service type to another with each Verizon Infospeed DSL Solutions arrangement changed.
RATE REGULATIONS. 3.1 Pac-West shall pay the rates for Access to the Toll Free Calling Database, as described in Appendix PRICING. These rates and charges will apply for one (1) year from the service effective date for each exchange. After one (1) year, PACIFIC may change the rates upon sixty (60) days' notice. PACIFIC may first give such notice sixty days before the end of the first year.
RATE REGULATIONS. 4.1 ALPHEUS shall pay a Local Service Order Request Charge for each ALPHEUS request for service order activity to establish Access to SWBT-TX’s Toll Free Calling Database in Texas.
4.2 The prices at which SWBT-TX agrees to provide ALPHEUS with Access to the Toll Free Calling Database are contained in the applicable Appendix PRICING and/or the applicable Commission ordered tariff where stated.

This charge also applies to point code information provided by TWTC's allowing other telecommunications providers to use TWTC’s SS7 signaling network.
