Common use of Software Change Clause in Contracts

Software Change. A single NRC applies for a software change associated with the remapping of circuit information or other software changes associated with a Frontier lnfospeed DSL Solutions arrangement. This charge also applies when the Customer's lnfospeed DSL Solutions Service is validly assigned, or is suspended and transitioned to a new provider due to nonpayment. The Software Change charge applies to the new provider on a per software change basis.
