Common use of Software and Applications Clause in Contracts

Software and Applications. Customer shall be responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining applications that utilize the Dynamic IP Managed Service. In the event PAETEC provides assistance to Customer, at Customer’s request, regarding these applications, Customer agrees to pay PAETEC for such services on a time and materials basis.
