SMS BANKING. Definitions When used in these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
SMS BANKING. (i) Standard Chartered Bank will accept Application Forms signed by the Primary Cardholder only (subject to verification of signature). (ii) For PUSH Service, Standard Chartered Bank will use the respective Mobile Phone operator's text mail service (SMS) to send the financial information related to customer's Silver/Gold/Platinum/Titanium/Signature Credit Card on the following working day after the statement has been generated. The PUSH Service will be offered free-of-charge. (iii) For PULL Service, the Cardholder will be able to obtain a range of financial information related to Silver/Gold/Platinum/Titanium/Signature Credit Card by typing a pre-defined Key-Word with a 4-digit PIN as a message in the Mobile Phone and then sending this message to a prescribed SMS short code. For this service, regular SMS charges of the respective Mobile Phone operator will apply. (iv) The Cardholder is solely responsible to ensure the possession of the Mobile Phone number assigned to SMS Banking Services to maintain the confidentiality of his/her financial information. If the Mobile Phone number is lost, stolen or sold to another individual, the Cardholder shall immediately notify the Bank of the incident and cancel the SMS Banking Service. The Cardholder hereby agrees that Standard Chartered Bank/Mobile Phone Operator shall not be responsible for any disruption in SMS Banking Service due to any technical failure on the part of Standard Chartered Bank/Mobile Phone Operator. (v) SMS Banking Service shall remain effective until otherwise advised in writing by the Cardholder, which should reach the Bank at least one week before the next statement is due. (vi) The laws of Bangladesh govern these Terms & Conditions. (vii) The Bank may revise and/or change any of the Terms & Conditions at any time with notice to you, but does not require any consent.
SMS BANKING. Confirmation of bank operation by SMS code. Performing the transaction and receiving the service by confirmation from the electronic link. 10.1. General rules for using SMS banking 10.1.1. SMS banking is a remote banking service; it gives the client, who has submitted to the bank an application through the mobile phone number (hereinafter referred to as "authorized number") as specified in paragraph 1.2, the opportunity to use the banking services provided for in this article. SMS is sent to the phone number declared by the client to the bank (recorded in the most recent application). The authorized number can be changed only by visiting the bank's service point. With SMS banking, the client will receive banking information through a short text message of predetermined standard content (hereinafter referred to as "SMS"), including information on operations performed on their own bank accounts, various banking (including credit) product(s) offered to the client by the bank/requested by the client. Client may also request and receive other banking information they need (including the balance(s) on the account(s), exchange rate(s), etc.). 10.1.2. The client may use SMS banking after registering as a user of the said service. In addition, the client who applies to the bank for the purpose of performing a transaction and/or receiving services, and/or uses the relevant service(s), the SMS banking service is automatically deactivated, for which it is necessary that the client's authorized number is registered in the bank's program. To cancel this service, it is necessary to perform one of the following actions: 10.1.2.1. visit to the service center of the bank; 10.1.2.2. calling the bank's telephone service service center; 10.1.2.3. Sending a message to the bank through the bank's remote service channel (Internet Bank, Mobile Bank) from the designated personal settings page. 10.1.3. SMS banking services are provided through the telephone number specified by the client. 10.1.4. The bank and the client acknowledge and confirm the fact that the information received through SMS banking and the transactions performed have the same legal power as a paper document certified by the person authorized to dispose of the account and receive the information. 10.1.5. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall apply to the execution of transactions and the receipt of service(s) allowed through SMS Banking, considering the exceptions set forth in this article. 10...
SMS BANKING. This application form must be sent directly to BRAC Bank and not by facsimile. The Bank will require two working days after receiving the SMS Banking Application Form for activation of the service. In case of Bank Account, BBL will accept Application Forms signed by the authorized signatories of the account only. For PUSH service, BBL will use Mobile Phone Service Provider’s Short Message Service (SMS) to send the financial information related to a link account. For PULL service, the account holder upon receiving application will be able to obtain a range of financial information related to account by typing a pre-defined key letter as a message in the Mobile Phone and then sending this message to a prescribed SMS number of Mobile Phone Service Provider. For this service, regular SMS charges of Mobile Phone Service will apply. The account holder is solely responsible to stop misuse of SMS Banking Services and also to maintain the confidentiality of his/her financial information by ensuring safe holding of Mobile Phone /connection assigned to SMS Banking Service provided by BBL. If the mobile phone/connection is lost, stolen or sold to another individual, the account holder shall immediately notify the Bank by calling at 16221 and cancel the SMS Banking Service. The account holder hereby agrees that BBL shall not be responsible for any disruption in SMS Banking Service due to any mechanical failure on part of BRAC Bank/Mobile Phone Service Provider. SMS Banking service shall remain effective until otherwise advised in writing by the account holder. The laws of Bangladesh shall govern these terms and conditions. The Bank may revise and/or change any of the terms and conditions at any time with notice to the client but does not require any consent. For providing SMS Banking Services, BBL may collect service charge from the linked account. Bank may revise and/or change the service charge at any point of time.

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to:

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Online Banking If Online Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Online Banking to:

  • Overtime Banking Employees desiring to bank overtime may elect to do so under the following criteria: * The half time associated to overtime may be banked up to a total of 24 hours per calendar year. This limit may be replenished throughout the year. * Banked time must be taken in full day increments or the employee may elect to receive the pay. * Employees must have cleared or be scheduled to clear their hours account by December 15. If the account is not cleared then the employee will be paid the balance in cash. * Payment will be based on the current rate of pay at the time the banked time is used. * Time off must be requested in advance, unless bona fide illness. (Company will monitor) * Time off will be subject to Company service requirements and no additional cost to the Company. * Implementation of the Overtime Banking arrangement will be subject to the development of an appropriate computer system.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.
