Transport Allowance In partial modification of Clause 10 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 2nd June 2005, Transport Allowance shall be paid as under with effect from 1st November, 2007. NON-SMOKING UNIT - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. ENTRY BY OWNER - Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency). If maintenance items are reported during your stay, please expect that maintenance will enter the home to address the reported items. Guests do not need to be present for maintenance activity.
Smoking Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to local smoking policies. Smoking will only be permitted in posted areas or off premises.
Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.
PROHIBITED DISPOSAL AREAS Purchaser shall not place organic debris in the following areas: Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert. Within 100 feet of a live stream, or wetland. On road subgrades, or excavation and embankment slopes. On slopes greater than 45%. Within the operational area for cable landings where debris may shift or roll. On locations where brush can fall into the ditch or onto the road surface. Against standing timber.
No Smoking All District properties are tobacco-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from using any tobacco product on District property.
Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.
Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition.
Smoking Prohibited As a public school, the School shall prohibit the use of tobacco at its school or at School functions.
PROHIBITED DECKING AREAS Purchaser shall not deck right-of-way timber in the following areas: Within the grubbing limits. Within 50 feet of any stream. In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism. In locations that impede drainage. On slopes greater than 40%. Against standing trees unless approved by the Contract Administrator.
