Non-smoking means smoking is prohibited.
Non-smoking. All units at The Islander are non-smoking and violating this policy will result in a $1,000 charge.
Non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited everywhere in the complex in which the Premises is located, including, but not limited to, all common areas, elevators, offices, stairwells, all residential units, patios, porches, entryways, and adjoining grounds of the complex. If Resident breaches the no-smoking policy contained in this rental agreement, Owner/Agent has the right to issue notice of termination of tenancy on these grounds alone.

  • Smoking means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe, hookah, or any other lighted or heated tobacco or plant product intended for inhalation, including marijuana, whether natural or synthetic, in any manner or in any form. “Smoking” also includes the use of an electronic smoking device which creates an aerosol or vapor, in any manner or in any form, or the use of any oral smoking device for the purpose of circumventing the prohibition of smoking in this Article.

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
