Slots. As of the Closing Date, there has not been a withdrawal of or any proposed withdrawal of, or any restriction imposed or proposed with respect to the DCA Slots by the FAA, the DOT or any other Governmental Authority, which has or reasonably would be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Delta Airways Material Adverse Effect.
