Sleeper Cab Operations. (a) "Tour" will be used when referring to sleeper cab operations and shall mean the period between departure from and return to home terminal.
Sleeper Cab Operations. Section 1. An Employer may establish a sleeper cab operation, i.e., two (2) man operation, to be covered by this Agreement. It must negotiate with the involved Local Unions all conditions affecting the operations prior to effectuating the sleeper cab operation. Agreements reached must be submitted for approval to the respective Area Committee, or National Committee if a multiconference sleeper cab operation is involved, prior to implementation. Any rates or conditions negotiated by the parties in accordance with this Article must be approved by the affected membership prior to implementation.

An Employer shall not operate sleeper cabs over the same route where he has established relay runs or through runs unless all bids are protected, except to move an unusual or overflow of freight, and in such event drivers employed on relay runs or through runs shall have full guarantee preference unless otherwise agreed to, and sleeper cab drivers shall be compensated either by the mileage rate or hourly rate set forth in this Article for all time spent on such relay route.

  • Interim Operations The Company covenants and agrees as to itself and its Subsidiaries that, after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Time (unless Parent shall otherwise approve in writing and except as otherwise expressly contemplated by this Agreement):

Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum.
