Skill and Capacity. Xxxxx and any member of Buyer has the skill, resources, and financial capacity to acquire and develop the Transbay Parcel F Property consistent with this Agreement. Buyer shall employ or contract with such persons as may be necessary or appropriate to enable Buyer to perform its obligations under this Agreement in a timely manner.
