Sixth Day. For work performed on the sixth (6th) day worked in the work week as defined in Article 5.02: (a) First Eight (8) Hours: The minimum hourly rate shall be one and a half (1.5) times the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate for the first eight (8) hours.
