Common use of SITUS OF EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

SITUS OF EMPLOYMENT. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the Executive's services shall be performed at the location where the Executive was employed immediately prior to the Effective Date, or any office of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to which Executive shall be transferred.

SITUS OF EMPLOYMENT. It is understood and agreed by the Executive that the Executive will be required at the discretion of its subsidiaries the Board of Directors, to which Executive shall be transferredengage in substantial business travel.

Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the Executive's services shall be performed at the location where the Executive was employed immediately prior to on the Effective Date, or any office which is the headquarters of the Company or any new headquarters if the Board of its subsidiaries Directors determines to which Executive shall be transferredrelocate the headquarters.
