Common use of Site Clause in Contracts

Site. Delete the first sentence of subclause 24.1 and insert: 'The Principal shall give the Contractor possession of sufficient of the site for commencement of WUC on site on the later of: the expiry of the time in Item 22; and 10 business days after the Contractor has: complied with subclause 19.1; and given the Superintendent all other information and documentation and done all other things which the Contract elsewhere requires to be given or done before possession of the site is given. Possession of the site may be non-exclusive.' 25 LATENT CONDITIONS Delete '28 days' from subclause 25.3 and insert '5 business days'.
