Site Tests. An installation check, start-up, and building load test shall be performed by the manufacturer's local representative. The regular operators and the maintenance staff shall be notified of the time and date of the site test.

(iv) Full load test for 6 hrs at rated voltage, speed & frequency The readings shall be observed with calibrated meter. Only meter shall be used for the test. The reading shall be properly tabulated submitted in triplicate to the Independent Engineer.

All such activity and testing shall be at EME's sole cost. For the purposes of this Agreement, the results of such tests shall not be determinative.

Any such tests or reports shall indicate, to Tenant's satisfaction, that the Site is suitable for Tenant's use.
