Common use of SITE CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE Clause in Contracts

SITE CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE. The Service Provider shall keep the premises clean and free from the accumulation of waste materials and rubbish. This shall be done on a daily basis. At the completion of the work, Service Provider will remove all waste materials and rubbish as well as all tools, equipment and surplus materials. Work can be accomplished during normal business hours. Unattended work areas must be covered or blocked off when the Service Provider is not on site. Service Provider must maintain clear access around the work area at all times.
