Common use of Single Completions Clause in Contracts

Single Completions. If prior to the commencement of the drilling of the well, the Participating Parties do not unanimously agree that multiple well completions are possible, then the first completion shall be at the objective deeper than the Deepest Producible Reservoir. A Non-Participating Party in the Deeper Drilling is an Overinvested Party in the well in an amount equal to its Participating Interest Share of the Costs of drilling the well to the Deepest Producible Reservoir, and the Participating Parties in the Deeper Drilling on the well are Underinvested Parties for that amount upon the first of the following events to occur:
