The association hereby reaffirms that it will not engage in any strike, or cause, instigate, encourage, assist or condone any strike. The district recognizes the right of these unit members to organize and to bargain collectively through the association on such matters as salaries, hours and other terms and conditions of employment. The agreement is made and entered into on the 23rd day of June, 2015, by and between the Superintendent of Schools, SPENCERPORT CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, Spencerport, New York, hereinafter referred to as the "district," and the unit members of this unit of aforementioned school district, represented by the SPENCERPORT PARAPROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as the "association." RECOGNITION Pursuant to the New York State Public Employees Fair Employment Act, the Board of Education of Spencerport Central School District has recognized the Spencerport Paraprofessional Association, hereinafter referred to as "association," as the exclusive negotiating representative for all Accompanists, Bus Attendants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Microcomputer Maintenance Technicians, School Aides and Teacher Aides employed by said district. ELIGIBILITY FOR BENEFITS All unit members employed by the District on June 30, 2000, while serving in a 27.5 (or more) hours per week position, will be considered as “full time” and will receive all of the benefits of unit members working 30 or more hours per week as detailed in Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12 of this agreement. Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.
Firmware The Contractor shall deliver firmware required for production acceptance testing in accordance with CDRL A009 Contractor’s Supplier Configuration Management Plan. Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.

Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.
