Common use of SILENCE OF SPECIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

SILENCE OF SPECIFICATIONS. The apparent silence of these specifications on any details or omissions from them of a detailed description, concerning any point, shall be regarded as meaning that only the best commercial practices are to prevail and that only materials and workmanship of high quality are to be used. All interpretations of this Contract shall be made upon the basis of this statement. In the event that the Parties cannot agree, see the ‘Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue’ section of the Special Contract Conditions attachment.
