Voluntary Exit Option If after making offers of early retirement, individual layoff notices are still required, prior to issuing those notices the Hospital will offer a voluntary early exit option in accordance with the following conditions:
Breaks in Continuous Service An employee's continuous service record shall be broken by voluntary resignation, discharge for just cause, and retirement.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE Lithium Hosting, llc reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service without refund. Lithium Hosting, llc also reserves the right to refuse and remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this agreement.
Termination for Market Change (a) In the event of delay or interruption under B8.33, exceeding 90 days, and Contract has not been modified to include replacement timber, this contract may be terminated upon election and written notice by Purchaser, if (i) a rate redetermination for market change under B3.33 shows that the appraised weighted average Indicated Advertised Rate of all Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the delay or interruption has been reduced through a market change by an amount equal to or more than the the weighted average Current Contract Rate, or (ii) the appraised value of the remaining timber is insufficient to cover the adjusted base rates as determined under B3.33.
Additional Options The NYS Contract Price for Additional Options offered under the Contract in accordance with Section III.2.7 Additional Options, shall be the Additional Options NYS Discount listed on the Contract Pricelist, or higher, applied to the MSRP on the current OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist, as applicable.
