Sick Leave Reciprocity. Each full-time employee with more than one (1) year of service who works a forty (40) hour work schedule shall have the option of receiving payment in cash for unused sick leave hours at the end of each payroll year, provided such employee was entitled to sick leave benefits during said payroll year and provided further that the employee was in paid status, based on the following calculation table.
