Sick Leave at Separation. Upon separation from employment with the City, employees with more than five (5) years of continuous full-time City service, who voluntarily resign or are terminated for reasons other than with cause, any reason including disciplinary termination, will be paid for accrued sick leave at their base hourly rate at the time of separation as follows:
