Short Term Temporary Accommodation. If the accommodation is short term and the manager can accommodate, the JAC committee will receive a copy of the Return to Work plan, outlining the exact work restrictions and no formal meeting will be required unless requested by the employee or the Union Representative. If such a meeting is requested, it must occur within two (2) days of the Return to Work date.
