Short-Term Removal Clause Samples

The Short-Term Removal clause allows for the temporary removal of a tenant or occupant from a property for a specified, limited period. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which such removal can occur, such as for repairs, emergencies, or compliance with legal requirements, and may specify notice periods and the tenant's rights during the removal. Its core practical function is to provide a clear process for handling situations where short-term vacancy is necessary, balancing the property owner's need to access or address issues with the tenant's right to return, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their obligations.
