Common use of Short Form Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Short Form Evaluation. After an employee has four (4) years of satisfactory evaluations under the regular process, an administrator may use a short form evaluation as allowed by RCW 28A.400-100(5), in lieu of the process set forth below. The regular evaluation process shall be followed at least once every three (3) years and an employee or evaluator may request that the regular evaluation process be conducted in any given school year. The short form of evaluation shall be consistent with the following: 1. If an evaluator intends to use the short form process, the evaluatee shall be notified in writing to the beginning of the process, said notice to include a list of the two (2) options allowed by paragraph 2. below. The evaluatee may request the regular process at that time. The short form may, but need not be, used in conjunction with the Professional Growth Program process. 2. The evaluator and evaluatee shall chose one (1) of the two (2) options below for the short form process: a.
