Shoppers Report Sample Clauses
The Shoppers Report clause requires the preparation and submission of a report detailing the experiences or findings of individuals acting as shoppers, often in the context of evaluating service quality or compliance. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency, format, and content requirements for such reports, and may specify who is responsible for conducting the shopper visits and compiling the results. Its core practical function is to provide objective feedback on performance or adherence to standards, helping organizations monitor and improve their operations or ensure contractual obligations are being met.
Shoppers Report. The Union recognizes that the Employer and the Airport employ shopping investigators or “shoppers” in their operations. The Union and the Employer agree that with respect to shoppers:
A. Employees shall be informed during their training of the Airport and Employer’s use of shoppers.
B. The Employer’s shoppers shall provide factual reports of their observations of customer service situations and cash handling transactions. The Employer’s Shoppers shall not use methods which would intimidate or confuse employees. The Employer shall not employ shopping services which receive an additional fee for generating negative reports or pay their employees a fee or bonus for negative reports.
C. Employees and the Union will, on request, be shown copies of any shopper reports which are retained in the employee’s personnel file.
D. The Employer will inform the employee as soon as practicable of a shopper’s report that may result in disciplinary action.
Shoppers Report. The Union recognizes that the Employer, the Property Manager and the ▇▇▇▇▇ County Airport Authority may employ integrity and customer service shopping investigators or “shoppers.” If the Employer retains independent shoppers, the Union and the Employer agree to the following rules:
(A) Employees shall be informed of the Employer’s use of shoppers; and
(B) Employees shall be shown copies of any shopper reports which are the basis for discipline.
