Common use of Sharing of Information and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Sharing of Information and Cooperation. That the State Mortgage Regulators may collectively or individually request and receive any information or documents in the possession of the Compliance Committee or the MMC. This Agreement shall not limit Nationstar’s obligations, as a licensee of the State Mortgage Regulators, to cooperate with any examination or investigation, including but not limited to, any obligation to timely provide requested information or documents to any State Mortgage Regulator.
