Common use of Shares Fully Paid Clause in Contracts

Shares Fully Paid. All of the Shares issuable upon the exercise of the rights represented by this Warrant will, upon issuance and receipt of the Exercise Price therefor, be fully paid and nonassessable, and free from all taxes, liens, claims, encumbrances and charges with respect to the issue thereof provided the Shares are issued to the registered Holder.
