Common use of Severance Pay Deferral Clause in Contracts

Severance Pay Deferral. For the purposes of Article 13.4(a)(3) a continuous employee shall be entitled to receive severance pay based upon years of service calculated at most recent salary rate for each completed year of service pursuant to the entitlement specified in Article 13.4(a)(3).

For the purposes of Article Clause 13.4(a)(3) a continuous employee shall be entitled to receive severance pay based upon years of service calculated at most recent salary rate for each completed year of service pursuant to the entitlement specified in Article Clause 13.4(a)(3).

Severance Pay Deferral. For the purposes of Article 13.4(a)(313.3(a)(2) a continuous regular employee shall be entitled to receive severance pay based upon years of service since April 1, 1984 calculated at most recent salary rate for each completed year of service pursuant to the entitlement specified in Article 13.4(a)(313.3(a)(3).
