Common use of Severance Pay and Termination Benefits Clause in Contracts

Severance Pay and Termination Benefits. Subject to the undersigned’s execution of this Agreement, his execution and delivery of the Reaffirmed Release on the Separation Date and his non-revocation of both the General Release and the Reaffirmed Release, the undersigned shall be entitled to the following payments and benefits by reason of his termination of employment and the foregoing:

Severance Pay and Termination Benefits. Subject to the undersigned’s execution of this Agreement, his execution and delivery of the Reaffirmed Release on the Separation Date and his non-revocation of both the General Release and the Reaffirmed ReleaseRelease and the performance of his obligations under Section 5(a), the undersigned shall be entitled to the following payments and benefits by reason of his termination of employment and the foregoing:
