SERVITUDES. 13.1 The Property is sold subject to: 13.1.1 the servitudes reflected on the Site Diagram; 13.1.2 the conditions imposed by the Development Tribunal; and 13.1.3 any further conditions imposed by the Developer or the MHOA. 13.2 The Buyer accepts the Property subject to these servitudes and conditions.
